Wales soccer player Aaron Ramsey has boosted the incentive for leads concerning the lost pet named Halo to fifteen thousand pounds.

The former Arsenal and Cardiff player, who now is with the Mexican club Pumas in the capital, revealed that the beagle was spotted in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato state region.

The beagle, who vanished on 9 October, was wearing a GPS collar, and Ramsey posted a map pinpoint of the spot she vanished from.

"Any information about our beloved Halo please contact us. Substantial bounty for reuniting with her. We are all hoping she is unharmed and will return to our side quickly," Ramsey shared on Instagram.

Initial Offer and Emotional Appeals

Ramsey first announced that Halo had vanished 14 days prior and has since shared multiple images of the adored dog on his social media account.

A $10,000 bounty was initially offered, but with lack of updates on Halo's status after a week, Ramsey and his loved ones raised the reward.

"We just want Halo home," he expressed in a further appeal on social media after the elderly pet was lost.

The most recent image share is a black and white snapshot of the beagle napping, her head resting in the bend of Ramsey's arm, with the caption: "What I wouldn't give to cuddle you again sweet Halo."

Family's Anxieties and Context

The footballer has additionally posted a message from his spouse Colleen on social media saying they have several "important questions" regarding the incident and worry the family "may never get answers".

"To this day we haven't found Halo. I don't think we will," the spouse's message expressed.

The Wales leader signed with Mexico's first division team Club Universidad Nacional in recent months and had his inaugural match in the Mexican league in the eighth month.
